Fundamental Psychoanalytic Perspectives

Fundamental Psychoanalytic Perspectives

If you are a psychotherapist, or simply have an interest in psychotherapy, and you want to know more about the theory that started it all, this excellent introductory program has been designed for you. This twenty-four-week course combines teaching of basic concepts of psychoanalysis with presentation of clinical cases and explanation of therapy technique. Knowledge and understanding of concepts such as transference and counter-transference can be of enormous help in making sense of interactions with patients and clients, no matter what your preferred modality of treatment.

This program is offered by the Toronto Psychoanalytic Society in response to the growing interest of individuals who want more than their education has offered to date.
